Quitting isn’t always bad

Something I’ve relearned at 31 is that you just have to say “no.”

The simplest answer really is often the right one.

This can take many forms:
• Removing yourself from an unhealthy environment
• Dumping a toxic partner
• Cutting your friends list

Doing this provides you with the ability to recharge, and get mentally healthy again.

Never ever feel bad for leaving toxic or vile energy.

At the end of the day, you need to do what feels right so you can save yourself and your spirit.

Quitting isn’t always a bad thing. It doesn’t mean you’re a failure or weak. It means you know what you will and will not tolerate.

Start choosing yourself ✨
