Meet Villa Azur, Dallas’s Newest Hot Spot

Let me preface this with the obvious: I’m no food critic. But I do know good food.

And if you’re looking for good food, and a great time with friends — look no further than Victory Park’s newest edition: Villa Azur.

Located inside the W Hotel, this glam hotspot effortlessly transports you to the South of France.

Featuring a carefully curated menu with staple entrées such as the pâte à la meule, and decadent desserts like the Nutella mousse, you know you’re in for a scrumptious evening before you even take your first bite.

I dropped by for a casual night of drinks and light bites on a Monday evening and the vibe was great. Exceedingly sophisticated yet laid back.

Our server recommended returning on the weekend when the restaurant transforms into a nightclub complete with a DJ and dancers.

She also recommended the Rosé All Day which is a game changer. Listen, everything I tried on the menu was fabulous, but this was my favorite.

Featuring a $17 price tag, you get your moneys worth with each sip. And it’s no wonder when it’s made of Absolut Elyx Vodka, aperitivo, lime, agave, watermelon, rosemary, and of course: rosé wine.

Overall, pricing is on par with an establishment like this, but it’s so worth it. The food and drinks are delicious and the vibe is unmatched.

Reservations are recommended.
