• Do you honor your word when nobody would know if you didn’t?
• Are you kind when no one’s watching or listening?

Integrity Is Built in the Dark

We live in a time where saying the right thing often matters more than doing it.

• Returning the cart at the grocery store
• Admitting when you messed up
• Choosing not to gossip
• Giving credit where it’s due
• Showing respect to someone who can’t benefit you

No one will write a shitty LinkedIn post about them.

Reputation vs. Character

Let’s draw a line here:

• Reputation is what people think of you.
• Character is what’s actually true about you.

You can protect your reputation all you want, but if it’s built on illusion, it’ll crack.

Eventually, the mask slips.

And eventually, you start to feel the weight of pretending.

You don’t have to be perfect. But you do have to be real.

You Can’t Fake Consistency

People love buzzwords like “authenticity” and “transparency.” But the real test is in the patterns:

• Do your actions match your words?
• Are you the same person in the room as you are outside of it?
• Can you look back at your own decisions and feel proud…not just publicly, but privately?

Consistency isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment.

Who Are You When It Doesn’t “Count”?

Who are you when:

• You could take credit for something that isn’t yours?
